Where do the board stats come from on https://catalog.neet.tv/stats.html ?

This catalog only has data for the past 24 hours.

Are these past 24 hours of the previous day? It doesn't seem like there would be stats for an hour before. Maybe I'm not reading the graph right.

On the client side the updates surely don't happen every hour.
