Javascript Refresh, Perchance?

My apologies if I butcher what it actually means, but how about having the refresh button refresh the threads without manually loading the page again? I'm asking because I have to use a VPN to get around a nonsensical site block and being able to reload without turning it back on would be nice.

Of course, this is just a minor inconvenience.

The "javascript refresh" won't solve anything if your ISP blocks neet.tv
