In the /q/ OPs it adds a thing on the bottom if moot replies.

I've also seen Anonymous ## Developer reply to a thread and saw a "Developer Reply" footer on the OP. I could guess there's also a "Moderator Reply" as well.

Sure.
In the meanwhile you can just search for "Reply:" (S keybind)

Something like:

/Repl(y|ies): (>>[0-9]+ )+ $/

Select a color and leave everything else unchecked.

I'm not sure if this is new, but I noticed the "Administrator replies" is in a span with class "capcodeReplies" now. So it's not getting picked up by the fetcher and filters that look for that are broken.

Alternately since we have that now, it should be possible to mark moot-replied threads the same way stickies are marked.

The fetcher uses the API now and Administrator replies markers aren't included in the jsons.

This might get fixed some day.
